No Secrets K-4 is a personal safety program for children ages 5 – 9 with a focus on child sexual abuse prevention. No Secrets is an in-school program presented free-of-charge in two parts by the CASASC education team.
What’s new:

What you can expect: Age appropriate delivery (due to the program’s sensitive nature) in a classroom setting with interactive content, including games and videos.
What it’s not: Sexual education or “sex ed.” The program’s aim is strictly prevention.
Our goal: Increase the personal safety of students through education and empowerment, which will prevent sexual abuse.
Grades: Kindergarten to Grade 4
Time: 30 minutes
Availability: Virtual, limited availability
The No Secrets K-4 Video Kit program is the safe and friendly option to meet your students’ needs. This is a virtual adaptation of the same tried, tested and beloved personal safety program designed for children ages 5-9 with a focus on child sexual abuse prevention.
The Video Kit program is designed to be delivered by a classroom teacher and contains 3 short videos (approx. 3 minutes each) and a classroom activity box with student workbooks, teacher guides and all materials to make the program happen. The Video Kit program is offered free-of-charge. Kits are offered to classrooms upon limited availability.

No Secrets: iRespect MYSELF is a prevention program focused on empowering students in Grades 5-6 to grow their self-esteem and respect for themselves as well as develop a respectful understanding of concepts and issues like emotions, diversity, communication, labels and stereotypes. iRespect MYSELF focuses on building a foundation of understanding and respect for oneself and the people around them.
This program covers:
What you can expect: Relevant, age appropriate and interactive content facilitated by our trained educators in a safe, respectful and inclusive manner.
What it’s not: Sexual education or “sex ed.” The program’s aim is strictly prevention.
Grades: Grade 5 and 6
Time: One session, 60 minutes

No Secrets: iRespect Us session 1 is a prevention program focused on empowering students in Grades 5-6 to build and maintain respectful peer relationships and contribute to healthy schools. iRespect Us builds on the concepts learned in the iRespect Myself program with a focus on our relationships and how we interact with others.

What it’s not: Sexual education or “sex ed.” The program’s aim is strictly prevention.
Grades: 5-6
Time: One session, 60 minutes

No Secrets: iRespect Us session 2 is a prevention program focused on empowering students in Grades 5-6 to build and maintain respectful peer relationships and contribute to healthy schools. The program continues the learning from session 1 allowing students to use skills learned to respond to bullying behaviour. iRespect Us session 2 focuses on our relationships and how we interact with others.

Healthy Dating Relationships 101 is an overview program highlighting the basic concepts of healthy dating relationships. As this is program provides only an overview into dating relationships content, it is ideal to start the conversation with youth through definitions and key points. Healthy Dating Relationships 101 focuses on healthy and unhealthy dating relationships, communication and conflict resolution, sexual violence including sexting, consent and consent laws. This program replaces the former Healthy Relationships + Consent program.

Who is this for: Community organizations, adult and client-facing service providers

The CASASC Services + Intro to Sexual Violence presentation is a public awareness and education presentation that introduces and highlights definitions and concepts related to sexual violence. It provides an overview as well as disclosure support and of course, a birds-eye view of all services and programs available at CASASC.
This program can include discussions on:
What you can expect: Interactive and informative discussions aimed at any and all businesses and organizations with client-facing services. Adaptable to your organization’s needs and current knowledge level of sexual violence concepts. It is offered with the ability to provide a child “storytime” presentation as an add on to any session where childcare may be a barrier to attendance
What it’s not: Sexual education or “sex ed.” The program’s aim is awareness of sexual violence and related services.
